Fords Sloe Gin is the second addition to the Fords Gin ‘Journeys in Gin’ series. The bittersweet spirit combines the classic nine botanical London Dry Fords Gin with hand-picked sloe fruits from France and England.

With origins in an old family recipe developed by Grandma Ford it seemed appropriate to develop a visual language around quintessential British traditions such as afternoon tea and slow walks in the countryside. Textures used across labels and packaging included hedgerows, home-sweet-home embroidery and the craquelure glaze found on china tea cups. The Sloe Gin brand lock-up was developed in the style of a ceramic transfer makers marks.
